HI!!!
There, how's that? Better? Too much?
How was your Monday night? Did you do anything fun? I had a caroling rehearsal, which actually was kind of fun. And it made me realize I should brush up on my music a bit more. Heh.
So today I decided to go with the pink and gray combo as part of the Blogging for Breast Cancer aWEARness Challenge. I was going to pair it with a black skirt but figured I would go against the grain and wear white after Labor Day instead. I'm such a rebel. Sorry the pictures are darker, it's dark out when I leave in the mornings now.
I don't have a whole lot else to say. Things are still busy. Some things are really difficult to work through right now. I'll talk more about that in a few days or weeks or when I'm ready. We need to pack up the condo and try to move on October 30th. Moving is always stressful when that's the only thing happening, never mind when it's combined with other stuff. Okay. Whew. Let's shake that off, shall we? Tell me how your day was yesterday! And while you're at it, tell me a joke! I need funnies right now.

Hope things perk up for your soon. They say moving is something like the 3rd most traumatic thing you can do (after death of a loved one and divorce), so take it easy and try not to stress out too much.

ReplyDeleteUgh, I HATE moving - I never moved in my entire life (except when I was about 18 months old) until I went to college, and then I moved something like 8 times in four years? Miserable. Makes me never want to go anywhere, ever.

A man drives down the LA Freeway with a car load of Penguins. A state trooper pulls him over and asks, "What are you doing with all of these penguins in the car? You can't have them like this." The driver says, "Okay..." The trooper says, "You've got to get these penguins to the zoo, immediately." So the driver says, "Oh, right. Sure." The next day, the guy's driving down the Freeway, again, car full of penguins, but this time the penguins have sunglasses on. The same trooper pulls him over and says, "Sir, what are you doing? I told you to get these penguins to the zoo!" The driver says, "I did! Today, we're going to the beach!"

I've moved at least once a year for the past 6 years, so I know exactly how awful moving is.

ReplyDeleteYou look lovely in the pink and gray. And you go ahead and keep wearing white for as long as you want. I really liked the cropped cardigan with the belt -- I think cropped cardis can be difficult to wear with belts, but you pulled it off perfectly.
